MyPillow Review: A Fair Budget Pillow, Not a Snoring Fix
I went into this review hoping a famous pillow might calm my snoring. After reading the research, my answer is that MyPillow is a fair budget pillow, and not a snoring fix. Details below, with prices as of October 2026.
What MyPillow Is
MyPillow is a standard bed pillow with a shredded foam fill in a cotton cover. Its site listed the Classic from $29.98 and the Premium from $49.98. The Premium is machine washable, and the company says it is made in the USA.

The Premium comes in four lofts, labelled by color. Yellow is the softest and blue is the firmest.
Does a Pillow Reduce Snoring?
There is little to suggest that it does. A 2024 systematic review of nine studies found positional therapy and raising the head of the bed to be reliable options for easing snoring.
A plain pillow does neither on purpose. My piece on whether a pillow can reduce snoring covers the questions to ask before you buy one.
Where Pillows Do Help
The evidence is stronger for neck pain. A 2021 meta-analysis of pillow designs found that some pillow types reduced neck pain in people with chronic neck pain.
None of the trials tested MyPillow itself, so treat that as a general point about pillow design.
The Guarantee and the Claims
MyPillow lists a 60-day guarantee, with the purchase price refunded minus shipping. Return shipping is on you.
The company agreed in 2016 to stop making some health claims, according to Truth in Advertising. I keep that in mind when an ad mentions snoring.
My Verdict
Buy it if you want a cheap pillow with a return window. Skip it if snoring is the problem you want solved.
